Guidelines
- All manuscripts should be unpublished and original works of authors.
- The abstract should not exceed 250 words.
- Figures in image format minimum 300 dpi (TIFF or EPS format)
- Line art figures in Image format minimum 600 dpi (TIFF or EPS format)
- Paper should be submitted as per the given template (Click to download).
- The paper should not contain page numbers or any special headers or footers.
- Maximum allowed pages while submitting a camera-ready paper are 6 in double-column format for publication in IEEE. However, the authors can extend the maximum up to 8 pages with additional charges.
- Keep the plagiarism as below as 20% from Turnitin software for initial screening before peer review.
- The paper for submission must include Background, Motivation and Objective, Statement of Contribution/Methods, Results, Discussions, and Conclusions.
- Registered members are asked to provide intimation about their payments immediately.
- Any modification in the paper will not be accepted after the final submission date.
- Registration after the deadline is not allowed.
- Only presented papers will be submitted to IEEE Xplore for consideration for possible publication after review according to IEEE conference guidelines.
